The Kershaw County Sheriff’s Office (KCSO) in South Carolina is still looking for a man who disappeared five years ago. His name is William “Bill” Black, and he was last seen on August 14, 2018.
Black is a white man, around 5 feet 9 inches tall, and weighs about 120 pounds. He has blue eyes and brown hair. He’s missing his front teeth and has several tattoos, including a dragon on his right bicep, the word “unforgiven” along his spine, “BB” on the back of his neck, and a cross on the back of his right calf.
