Mildred Viola Pollock
Mildred Viola Pollock, 77, of Perry, MO passed away at 7:40 p.m. Monday, May 28, 2018 at SSM Health St. Mary’s Hospital in Mexico, MO.
Funeral services will be held 3:00 p.m. Friday, June 1, 2018, at Waters Funeral Home in Vandalia, MO. Pastor Nathan Geesey will officiate.
Visitation will be held 2:00 p.m. until the time of the service Friday at Waters Funeral Home.
Mildred was born November 28, 1940, in Uniontown, PA the daughter of James and Mabel (Hillen) McDonough.
She was married to Raymond Pollock. He preceded her in death.
Survivors include three sons, John Jordan (Christina) of Foristell, MO, Robert Jordan (Laurel) of Wentzville, MO and Ralph Jordan of Clearwater, FL; two daughters, Cindy Brown (Bruce) of Perry, MO and Diana Jordan of Perry, MO; fifty-eight grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents and husband, Mrs. Pollock was preceded in death by one son, Charles “Bobby” Jordan, one daughter, Peggy Jordan Coliny, one grandson, James Jordan and two brothers.
Mildred was retired as a cook from Twain Haven Nursing Home in Perry.
She enjoyed playing Bingo, watching old movies and listening to Elvis Presley music. Her biggest love was the time spent with her family, especially her grandchildren.
Mildred attended Beacon of Hope Church in Vandalia.
