HANNIBAL CLINIC ADJUSTS HOURS FOR FLU-LIKE ILLNESS SCREENING CENTER

March 20, 2020

In order to best serve the community with the Flu-Like Illness Screening Center, Hannibal Clinic is adjusting the hours for the center and the Ambulatory Care Center (Walk-in Clinic) at 100 Medical Drive.

FLU-LIKE ILLNESS SCREENING CENTER
The Flu-Like Illness Screening Center will now be open Monday through Friday from 8 am to 6 pm and on Saturday and Sunday from 8 am to 3 pm.

All patients who are experiencing flu-like symptoms are asked to call the Blessing Health System hotline at 217-277-3504. The hotline is available 24/7 and is staffed by nurses who can discuss the illness the caller is experiencing and provide recommendations. Based on the outcome of the hotline call, patients may be recommended to visit the Flu-Like Illness Screening Center on Hannibal Clinic’s main campus, located at 100 Medical Drive.

Patients who have not called the hotline will be asked to call the hotline before they can be seen or directed to the appropriate location for the care they need.

AMBULATORY CARE CENTER (WALK-IN CLINIC)
The Ambulatory Care Center (Walk-in Clinic) will have temporarily adjusted hours beginning on Friday, March 20th. Hours will be Monday through Friday from 8 am to 6 pm, Saturday from 8 am to 3 pm and Sunday from Noon to 3 pm.

TRAFFIC PATTERN ADJUSTED
All traffic to the Hannibal Clinic will be routed through the Northwest entrance. Once entering the parking lot, patients, visitors and staff will be directed to their destination by Hannibal Clinic team members.

To access the lot from Shinn Lane, individuals will bypass the three front entry points, turn right at the stop sign and enter the lot via the next right-hand turn. Signage and Hannibal Clinic team members will be on hand to assist with wayfinding.
