Thursday, November 14, six MTHS seniors Ashlyn Eisele, Cilicia Fullenwider, Mackenzie Ogle, Phillip Marti, Avery Epperson, and Jace Barton spent time volunteering with a group of 5th graders who were participating in the D.A.R.E. program. They talked to the elementary students about the importance of making good choices.
Chad Perkins, deputy with the Pike County Sheriff’s Department, said, “Spent this afternoon with some of Mark Twain School District’s very best. Awesome DARE Role Models. I'm also joined by my good friend and a wonderful asset to the youth of Ralls County – Adria Palmer is the Counselor at Mark Twain High School.”
