Saturday, November 9 - Hannibal Veterans Day Parade

A Veterans Day Parade will take place in Hannibal honoring our service men and women from 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 9th, 2019. Join the community of Hannibal in celebrating the service, sacrifice and enduring achievements of almost 22 million living Americans who have served our nation in uniform. American Legion Post 55 Legion Riders sponsors this Veterans Parade that begins at 10th and Broadway and proceed east to Main Street, then north on Main to North Street. There will be a brief stop by Central Park and the Elks for the Pledge of Allegiance, singing of the National Anthem, and a prayer. Please plan to attend to salute and thank all veterans for the freedoms and privileges we enjoy. Transportation for any and all veterans will be offered in the parade.

Sunday, November 10 - Breakfast for Veterans

Perry Fire Department will be serving breakfast at the Perry VFW from 6-10 a.m. on Sunday, November 10th in honor of Veterans Day. Everyone is welcome, all veterans eat free and all money raised will go back to the VFW hall. Serving biscuits & gravy, pancakes, sausage, bacon, eggs, and hashbrowns.

Monday November 11 - Veterans Day Assembly at Ralls County RII

10:00 a.m. in the Junior high gym. Chorus and Band will perform. A slideshow of our Hometown Heroes will be shown. A flag retirement presentation will take place. Perry VFW will perform TAPS. The public is welcome.

Monday November 11 - Veterans Day Ceremony
Perry VFW will hold their Annual Veterans Day Ceremony in the Bill Trower Memorial Park in Perry at 11:00 a.m.

Monday, November 11 - Ralls County Veterans Appreciation Supper

To-Go-Boxes will be distributed at the 4-way stop in Center from 5-6 p.m. Menu includes lasagna, garlic bread, and green beans. Free to all Veterans and their families.
