Ralls County Schools and Clarity Healthcare Collaborate
Ralls County RII School District and Clarity Healthcare are collaborating to provide a School Based Telehealth Clinic on-site at school. The school nurse will communicate through online video chat with a Nurse Practitioner (NP) at Clarity Healthcare, and provide limited tests (strep, influenza, etc) at school under the NP’s direction. The purpose of these services is to make healthcare accessible and affordable to all Ralls County RII School District students and staff, by providing these services on the Ralls County RII School District premises. Other school districts in the area that are providing this on-site service include: Hannibal, Monroe City, Paris, and Bowling Green.
Students who qualify for Free and Reduced Lunch may be seen at no charge. For students and staff with health insurance, Clarity will bill insurance, then bill any remaining amount directly to the family using the clinic. For students and staff WITHOUT health insurance, services will be provided by Clarity on a sliding scale, billing the family directly for the charges.
To utilize this clinic ALL registration forms must be completed and on file with the school and Clarity Healthcare. The forms are available on the school webpage and can be sent home from school with students for families unable to access online or print.
Once students and staff are registered, they may use the clinic as needed during the school day. Parents will be notified by the school nurse before clinic services are used at school, and following each clinic visit.
If you have any questions regarding the School Based Telehealth Clinic, or would like a registration form sent home, please feel free to call Robyn Leake, BSN, School Nurse - (573) 267-3397.
